• The Service relies on Google authentication.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials.

3. Pricing and Billing

• Paid features are provided as recurring subscriptions via Stripe.
• Price, billing interval, currency, and taxes are shown on Stripe Checkout before purchase.
• The free plan includes basic features only, and paid features are available during the active paid term.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal.
• After cancellation, renewal stops and paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case based on applicable law, payment timing, and usage.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Violations of law or public policy
• Abuse of Google Drive integrations or actions that impose excessive load on the Service
• Infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms and Service Suspension

We may modify these Terms or the Service as needed. Material changes will be announced within the Service or by other reasonable means.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
